Beautiful apt at the Arya. The unit is nicely designed and has nice furnishings, washer dryer and an amazing balcony with full frontal view of Biscayne bay and Dinner Key. Parking included. The building in general is a bit older, is a condo type hotel, and units are individually owned or ownership groups likeMiami vacation rentals, This unit seems to be managed by MVR. Outdoor pool is a bit run down but it has a great setting over the grove. Fitness center also a bit run down but gets the job done and is above the penthouse - roof level. Can’t beat the location or price for the Grove.

- Pubic hair on bathroom floor upon arrival; dust on lamps, nightstand, dresser; sunscreen from previous guests on chairs - Drilling for several hours on Thursday and Friday; couldn't take client calls or nap - Dishwasher didn't work; cable tv worked 50% of time. - Wanted 1k security deposit upfront - more than the price of my stay - absurd. - Front desk looks at you like you're an alien when you approach them. No greeting, no smile. Try saying "hello" - you are working in hospitality are you not? - I received CONSTANT emails before, during, and after my stay. I even asked them to STOP EMAILING and they continued to email; it was incredibly rude and obnoxious -Overall the room and property are run down; but hey, the location is great! - For this price point, I'd stay elsewhere.

We love this hotel! It’s our second time going to Miami and we immediately knew we wanted to stay here again because we loved it so much the first time. The location is 10/10, there’s so much to do just a walk down the street from the hotel and the area is so beautiful it makes me wish I could move to Miami permanently. The amenities in the hotel are great and everything about our stay was as well.
