:) Nicely situated. Staff very friendly and effective. Nice room decor. Room nicely isolated (we did not hear the neighbours at all) Plenty of parking space. :( Room floors extra dirty. Bed mattress extra stiff. Air conditioning malfunctioning. Furniture in room fragile so not so family friendly. Pool area gross (Cleanliness of pool and spa water questionable).

What a gem of a hotel, right on the waterfront and an easy stroll (well, the sights are right next door) to historic downtown Shawinigan.

Clean rooms, room had microwave and fridge which proved very useful. Masks were required before entering common areas; buffet breakfast was reasonably priced and mostly served in a hygienic manner. The one area of concern is that staff were accepting people's used mugs for coffee refills.

Not worth the money
Rented an executive room for me and my mom. Paid over 200$ and the room was for sure not worth the money. Bad smell as soon as we entered the room (probably coming from the carpet), bathroom door was dirty, curtain was falling off, ice machines were broken...Overall, the hotel was very disappointing. I went to the front desk to complain about the situation (which is something I never do) and the girl didn’t really seem to care. I would definetely not recommend this hotel to anyone.
