Property is secure and private. Nice beach access just steps from door. Apartment is well equipped with everything you need for daily living including ample cookware, beach towels & chairs etc... Nice having a washer and dryer inside the unit. All the details are covered. Nice place!

Has all the cleaning guides on the topic of the pandemic. Excellent location friendly neighborhood, good access to the beach is close and excellent to be relaxed. very attentive and excellent customer service. I want to come back!

Perfect beach getaway
We rented this property in August 2020 and our family had a great time. Though the pool was closed, the beach access was not. The beach is small and private, the water clean and the waves manageable for our 6 and 9 year olds. The apartment exceeded my expectations of cleanliness. It was spotless and comfortable. It had everything we might need, beach chairs, umbrella, table games... Wished we had stayed longer. We visited Harbor restaurant they served delicious food and the mojitos are superb. We also ate at Villa Cofresí restautant and tried the Pirata drink served on a coconut. Our host Rubén responded quickly to our messages. If available, we would definitely return when we visit Puerto Rico again.

Loved Rincon
We had a great time exploring the West side of the island. Owner was close and responded quickly with any questions. There was everything you needed beach chairs, beach towels, cooler. Will be back. Thank you.
