Lovely stay again, our third trip to St Ermins. Staff went above and beyond, really made a big effort to help make my daughters birthday special. The hotel was very busy and due to a maintenance problem we were unable to have the family room I had booked weeks ago and we were given two separate rooms instead. A phone call or email ahead of our arrival to explain this would have been appreciated but staff tried their best to find us an alternative that we were happy with once we had arrived and the impeccable service really made up for this minor disappointment.

Fantastic stay at St. Ermin's
We absolutely loved our stay at St. Ermin's. The facility is spectacular: really elegant and classic, with modern, eco-friendly touches, comfortable beds, plush towels and robes, inviting lounge, great restaurant/bar. The location was perfect for us - easy to get to key sites on our agenda (<10 minutes to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey) and right next to the Tube. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Turndown service with chocolate bees. It felt like a much more expensive hotel vs what we paid. We had a junior suite so my teenage son had a separate room with pullout sofa for some privacy without needing to book a second room. Can't wait to go back! Highly recommend.
