We have started here many times and always good. Even though breakfast was grab and go which would have fine there was not really anything to eat and fruit was old and coffee empty.

The front desk was not available when calling from the room phone on several occasions. Front desk clerk offered no help when told the room coffee pot did not work. Overflowing trash cans in the room were not emptied. The grab and go breakfast, while not the hot buffet advertised, was taster and filling.

I thought I had a pretty good stay until I came home and my chest, back and arms were covered in beg bug bites. I usually check these things when I go into a room but this seem like a nice hotel. Guess you should always check no matter what.

Never Again.
I can't think of one good thing about this hotel or my experience here. We got to our room (exhausted after an 8+ hour drive) to find out room dirty. Hair on the pillows and all over the shower. We should have known to ask for a new room at this point, but we're honestly too exhausted & did not feel like re-packing up our things. We are not usually the complaining type, and we're willing to look past the not so clean room for a few hours of rest before continuing to drive hours again the following day. Again, we didn't complain when between 10:30pm-1:30am we could hear our neighbors talking and music playing. This took a turn when the neighbors partying turned into a verbally abusive argument in the hallway. We called to the front desk to have someone come up and remedy the situation, but nobody every answered. Other guests in the hotel must have also took notice and asked them to quiet down. Then the party people then became verbally abusive to those guests... Next thing we knew, there were 5 police cars outside bringing the guests away in handcuffs. We probably only got about 3 hours of sleep because of all this nonsense. We were told continental breakfast in the morning would be grab and go (no worries, we were trying to get on the road anyway). But we came to find that grab and go was an apple or muffin as all of their other machines for juices and/or cereal (milk) we're broken. I would not recommend anyone stay here. With so many options in the area, stay elsewhere.

Had been out of milk all weekend, yet there was a Walmart just across the street. Very little to no food and the fruit was bad. So disappointing. Coffee was terrible and juice was out. For the price it wasn’t worth it.
