I booked through Epic go travelers and it was horrible. They stated free transportation was included and after I spent two weeks trying to organize transportation they ended up calling me the night before I checked into the hotel and that is when I had already arranged and paid for my taxi service out of pocket. They do not tell you that you must do a time share sales pitch until 2 days before you arrive so plan accordingly. The hotel itself and its staff is wonderful. Paola was very helpful from beginning to end. She actually saved the day twice! She was efficient and kind. The staff in general was all great. They offer Covid testing there and give results the next day and a reasonable price. The rooftop is amazing and the whole hotel is clean. They only need to do a better job say making sure all the hand sanitizer stands they have stationed are always filled. The restaurant in the hotel is great and the food was well done and presented.

This place is beautiful but paying 26 dollars per day for local taxes is crazy. It is a Bill when you check out. Then a 50 dollars per day deposit. If you booked through Expedia you are required to go thru one of the sales pitch to become a member for a special price, almost like timeshare. They say you have a contract with them even though you never signed anything. So forget whatever you have planned for the first day. Totally the worst place I have been to in Playas de Carmen. Never staying there again. Avoid this place.

El personal de recepción con nula actitud de servicio: nunca nos proporcionaron detalles respecto al servicio de limpieza, horarios de restaurant de terraza y mucho menos mencionaron las características de la habitación. El servicio de limpieza muy mal realizado, un día tuve que esperar hasta casi las 3pm para que lo realizaran. En el restaurante me enteré del horario casi 10 minutos antes del cierre. La instalación me agrado mucho, no obstante, los servicios y particularmente el personal deja mucho que desear en cuanto actitud.
