Find your new temporary home in our bright and cosy Brixton house, where comfort, convenience, and peace are in abundance.

## The space
Welcome to our split-level maisonette, located in one of the trendiest areas of London. The home is perfect for families, kids and pets are welcome too. We are certainly looking forward to your stay!

The oak flooring throughout the home adds a charming frame, enhancing the contemporary interiors. The comfortable L-shaped sofa and armchair offer enough space to accommodate everyone. Enjoy the warm atmosphere created by the gel fireplace and enjoy a night at home altogether.

Next, make your way to the stylish fitted kitchen. This brand-new, Italian-designed room opens onto the living room with soft closing doors throughout. It features fully integrated appliances. The solid oak worktops and the double ceramic butler sink add a special finish to the room. You will be able to enjoy these meals at the dining table.

The guests will have access to four comfortable double bedrooms, all hosting incredibly lavish beds dressed in top-quality linen and plush pillows, guaranteeing a wholesome night's rest. These rooms offer storage place, so you don't have to live out of your suitcase. The fourth bedroom, upstairs, accommodates a desk as well, for those who may need to work while travelling.

You will have access to two luxurious bathroom suites, one per floor. The upstairs bathroom hosts a modern bathtub, where you can relax after a day of exploring the city. The shower room downstairs has a splendid, glass shower cabin, where you can get your energies reloaded in no time. The natural stone wall tiling with coordinating floor tiling adds an exquisite touch to it, together with a pedestal wash hand basin and a huge mirror. Toiletries and towels will be provided to guests too.

The garden is the very best spot of the home, having raised flower beds with ivy and lavender adding a romantic touch to it. It's a total sun trap with outdoor seating and a small garden shed, where you can enjoy London's summer nights.

Also, this property is child-friendly. We have two highchairs, two travel cots and lots of books and toys for your children to enjoy!

Aside from music and the arts, visitors to Brixton can enjoy the delights of Brockwell Park, large and regged green space which is home
to Brockwell Lido, an art deco open air swimming pool from the 1930s. Taking a dip in the pool in the summer months can be the perfect way to cool off in hot weather.

Head to the bustling vibrant Brixton Village and Brixton Market and choose from one of the many, tiny quirky restaurants there. This lively corner is a community within itself, with over 100 local independent businesses who have transformed this former arcade into a foodies heaven. To catch a film, the Ritzy Cinema is a local institution and you must enjoy a glass of wine on the rooftop bar before watching one of the many films. For those in search of a party, Brixton’s famous live venues, including the O2 Brixton Academy and Hootananny are the places to be, with listings that regularly feature some of the top pop and rock musicians in the world. When it comes to pubs, if it’s quality and range of beers you’re looking for, the The Craft Beer Company by Brixton railway station is perfect. If you want authentic Brixton atmosphere, then The Effra Hall Tavern is the place to head to. You have Brixton and Stockwell underground stations within a ten minute walk. Brixton has the Victoria line whilst at Stockwell you have a choice of either the Victoria Line and the Northern Line. Victoria Line takes 7minutes to reach Victoria, 10 minutes to Oxford Circus and 25 minutes to Kings Cross. Northern line takes 10 minutes to Waterloo, 14 minutes to Leicester Square, 15 minutes to Tottenham Court Road, 10 minutes to Burough, 12 minutes to London Bridge and 25 minutes to Camden.

Road: There is such a wealth of public transport in Brixton that most locals prefer not to use a car. There is, however, some free and some pay and display parking available in the side roads around the stations.
