Room was very nice. Only issue was the room was cold. The heating system didn't warm the room. Hotel brought us firewood and lit our fireplace and brought us an extra blanket. The hotel is located a block away from the Santa Fe Plaza which was very nice.
Beautiful hotel and perfect location on the plaza!
Gabriel was helpful above and beyond. He was able to accommodate an early arrival when my husband was especially feeble that day. He was professional and courteous at check in and when we checked out. Gabriel sensed my anxiety when we checked out the next morning to try to leave on an earlier flight. He asked if there way anything he could do to help, including offering water bottles. Although we love the hotel and stay yearly, it was Gabriel who made the difference this time.
Everything was perfect. Great hotel.
This was a sanctuary in the middle of a snowstorm. The staff went above and beyond. We were so impressed! We can't wait to come back!
Quaint and rustic Santa Fe vibe. Staff extremely friendly.
Room was nice, service was excellent! Since we arrived in between the warm and cold season, the air had been turned off for the heater to be working. Since we were on ground level, we felt uneasy leaving the door or windows open for cooling. Overall, it was a nice stay! Underground parking with elevator was super convenient. Great location for a walking around historic plaza area.
We had a great stay. It was our 50th anniversary and we were greeted with a bottle of fine Cabernet in waiting for us in our room, The staff built a fire for us every night. Great place. Highly recommend staying at Hotel Chimayo
Super friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Would go back in a heartbeat!
Has a lot of charm, with a great South West feeling. Bathrooms are a little small and dated, but were clean and everything in good working condition! One “hick-up” when we arrived, they had no record of our reservation, which was fine through Hotel .com and prepaid on line with follow-up confirmation from Hotel.com. It was a nail biter for a while... ended up with the last room... busy weekend in Santa Fe for the changing of the Aspen viewing!
