Used online check , made check in when we got there super fast. Room was a good size and spotlessly clean , cleaners came everyday of our stay . Breakfast as others have mentioned is fantastic, so many options to choose from and plentiful, i didnt have to eat again until night time. Lovely medieval decor . Location was quiet and only a 10 minute walk from attractions. Staff very helpful and friendly and a nice touch was a free drink and handwritten welcome note in room from manager. Had a fantastic 3 day stay here and would definitely be my hotel of choice when i come back to Prague.

Pleasant experience
The restaurant and the breakfast buffet, which offers free flow of Prosecco and freshly made juice, is fantastic. So is the overall design of the hotel interior. But the room itself, although clean and has really comfortable beds, could have been better arranged technically and aesthetically. Good service. Offers welcome drinks.

Real good stay. But paying customers shouldn't be charged for parking. I was also charged for a breakfast voucher I didn't even use. I ate breakfast Saturday morning, my wife ate breakfast Saturday. But Sunday i was the only one who ate breakfast and the wife didn't. The front desk said that just because I requested two vouchers he had to charge me even if she didn't eat.
