It was generally good. The ice machine was broken the whole time. I needed to use a different card to pay than the one I'd used to hold the room, which I thought I'd cleared up at check-in. But the wrong card was getting charged for each night's stay and then all the charges had to be refunded and the right card charged at checkout. I only caught it because I double-checked. It didn't matter in this case but it easily could have.
