    Nice hotel, good location
    Nice hotel although it could have done with lick of paint. Lovely greeting on arrival. Room had water stain on ceiling. On second night we had to be moved as roof was leaking, hence the stain. Pool small. Food expensive. Pub over the road from hotel had better priced meals. Breakfast was nice. Location was okay, 7 mile from Chester City. 6 mile from Cheshire Oaks.

    Old and tired rooms
    The hotel is in need of a renovation and there are areas in the rooms that fall short of acceptable to the paying customer. Taking away the fact they haven’t had any money spent on the rooms, there is no excuse for inadequate cleaning. I was given 3 rooms before one was better than the other two.
