Nice hotel close to the beach
The hotel was perfectly located, 2 blocks away from South Beach and Ocean Drive. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The hotel also offers free airport shuttle to and fro the airport and also has a happy hour of open bar!

Nice little spot, great room but service was average and oh my does the bartender (Girl) need to get her act together.............hardly said two words and acted annoyed we were there.

Great location but you get what you pay for.
Hotel was good for location, you are a block away from everything. Room service was lacking. We were there for 3 days our room was not cleaned even once. Room service came at about 4:30 pm everyday to clean when we had just gotten back from the beach/ getting ready for dinner so the uninformed was really odd. Had to ask twice for clean towels.

It was noisy. There was no coffee pot in the room or coffee in the lobby. We had to go out every time we wanted coffee. Hotel is close to everything which is great, but that's it. We would not stay in this hotel again.

Elevator did not work, so had to carry out luggage all the way to the third floor. Air conditioning is so strong, that curtains were moving and had to sleep in bath robe, in addition to blanket. Finally, valet paring took more than an hour to pick up the car, which is complete waste of time. Even good hotel location and happy hour (free alcohol 7-8pm) did not make up for above 3 flaws :/
