Everything about KINN Capsule Hotel was wonderful. Beginning with a warm welcome by Esther made my entry comfortable. She took real good care. Hena was another staff who was equally helpful and they never denied any of my request or help. Syed the manager was also a kind person and helped with valuable information. Overall my stay there was awesome. I stayed there for 6 days. Highly recommended

Clean but noisy
Pros: The part that i would like to compliment is the check in staff is very friendly and helpful, conditions of the bed and toilet are clean too. Cons: You cant really have a proper rest. Even though earplugs was provided, from 10pm-5am i could hear people coming in and out, talking and laughing. I feel so restless the next morning.
