Good 6.0
Please improve the internet speed...
everything was good - it's a good location , the service was great and the condition is fine. The only negative for me was the internet. the internet didn't work consistently and they provide only 3 mb of speed. These days i'm not sure why however, I did need it for work and this will be the only reason for me not to come back here. They can easily provide a higher speed for free. What a shame.

Exceptional 10.0
City feel with homestyle charm.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful, clean and spacious! It was the perfect choice for us. The complimentary morning coffee and pastries were a pleasant surprise but the warm cookies at 3p added a homestyle touch. Definitely be back.

Poor 2.0
Poor management, rude workers and dirty rooms
A lot of mistakes were made by the workers because of poor management! First they overcharged our credit card, and then they over-refund twice. They were incapable of fixing the balance and we had to keep calling our bank abroad for several days to make sure the payment was right. In addition, somehow the hotel was overbooked one night and when we arrived to check-in, they were unable to give us a room. They finally put us in a back room in the back of their office (which I highly suspect it’s used for their workers to rest at night shift). It’s tiny and has no air conditioning during a heat wave, and a window that opens right onto the street. Instead of pointing out these deficiencies and compensating is, the front desk person acted like everything was normal until we complained. She was dismissive and did not show any sympathy. Because of all the above mentioned bad experience, we decided to cancel the rest of our stay with them and ask for a full refund for the nights we want to cancel. It took us a lot of effort to negotiate back and forth, and eventually we were able to get our money back. It was truly tiresome to have to deal with all these in our vacation. It has ruined our mood for sure.

Very good 8.0
Cute little hotel in a great location
Great location, chic boutique hotel, friendly service. We are a family of four (including two teens) so the two double beds were a bit small. For $25 we got a rollaway for one of the teens. Our room (#203) was quite musty smelling (reminded me of grandma's house) and we could not use the fan as the air coming out was so smelly. WiFi was horrible. But, the room was spacious, cute and well appointed and clean. Breakfast consisted of baked goods, coffee and tea. Plan to get a real breakfast elsewhere. Overall we were satisfied with our stay though.
