The closest hotel to Haram specially to women soors. I get a Haram view room but window type is old and they had to put steel network on it. breakfast is good but can be better. I recommend it
Nice location good view & clean i will recommend it
The location was excellent and great for prayers, esoecially ladies. However, the hotel rooms are old and outdated especially the bathrooms. They look worn out, old fixtures and fittings are loose. The rooms were reasonable, it had alot of dust and smell in cupboards. It didnt feel clean on arrival. But housekeeping were able to sort it. The iron didnt work. The reception staff were also unfriendly, lack of understanding English and not helpful. Also, the lifts are so old and small. The doors don't open when you ask it to. It was a pleasent stay and glad I could do my prayers easily.
Proximity to the mosque is the biggest advantage. I’m a regular guest at this hotel and I find this hotel to be slightly over priced for the facilities that it offer. The rooms are dated and the furniture is definitely old. One particular aspect that I experienced this time was the allergy that I and my wife caught due to presence of bed bugs. I booked a 2-bedroom Ameri Suite for 3 nights at an expensive price and the fact that we got skin allergies due to bed bugs, is a major disappointment for us. It’s a shame that it’s a five start and we stayed in a VIP suite and still got the bed bugs allergy!!
1- I arrived to the hotel on Thursday. At the check-in I told the receptionist that I will stay for 3 nights and I have 2 reservation, first one is from Thursday to Saturday, and the second one is from Saturday to Sunday, and I told her that I want to be at the same room for the whole stay. On Saturday, I just wanted to confirm that, so I went to the reception and I told them that the check-out of my current reservation is now, and I have another reservation from today until tomorrow. She told me we know that and everything is ok. I asked her; do I need to change my room keys or the will remain working? She said no need to change them, they will be working until tomorrow. 2 or 3 hours later, my keys were not working and I went again to the reception to change them. 2- The thing that I didn’t like at this hotel is the bad room service they provide. I hanged (Clean my room) tag on my door at 11:30 AM, and they came to clean at 4:15 PM. Until that time I spoke with them many times, and on each time they’re saying (we will come now to clean it). That was so bad! 3- At my room, there is an electricity socket next to the bed. I couldn’t use it to charge my mobile phone at night because once you switch off the lights of the room, it will not be working! 4- The wifi was very slow. Other than that, everything was ok with me. The location of the hotel is perfect, just in front of the Haram mosque.

Very nice location and the staff is so friendly, but need to improve the furniture and bathrooms as its old. The breakfast was below the expectations and not worthy.
