Hotel was "tired". Many of the rooms we walked passed had signs taped to the door indicating they were "sanitized" but our room did not. Was a humid day in October 2020 up in Rhode Island, but the door was stuck (there was no tape, we looked). Some of the carpet tile flooring were coming undone and the shower inserts were less than pleasing. Staff was very nice, pleasant and eager to help, but we will not being going back to that property.
Clean and comfortable rooms. Convenient location to local area.
I didnt like that there was no microwave in the room , bathroom smelled of weed and sink kept clogging, carpet was dirty and lifted in some locations , towels were only given for one guest so we had to ask for more and the staff member at the desk wasn’t pleased and gave us an attitude . Wouldnt recommend
This hotel is very misleading. It looks respectable on the outside, but is a wreak on the inside. The customer service is not the greatest either. Because the debris on the carpet was the same when I left the hotel as when I came back that evening, I was really concerned about the overall sanitation of the hotel. The walls in the lobby as well as on the floor I was staying on were all marked up. Definitely needed a new paint job. There was also some type of graffiti on the 3rd floor of the furniture in the hallway. Overall the entire hotel seemed that it was being managed by a group of people that just don't care.

the bathroom was not clean and the air conditioner wouldn’t turn on
We usually like to stay at Hampton Inns when we travel since they are clean and up to par. This one did not meet the typical standards. We had to ask for towels for the room. The toilet was not working properly and the shower would not drain. Upon checking out we told the person on duty there and it was like he did not care. If we are traveling in the area again we would not stay here.
