Disappointing

Reception staff very pleasant. No information in the room about how to access internet. Dinner was poor, desert was disgusting, service was appalling! Breakfast was very good and the breakfast area very nice. The lower dining room was dull and drab, needs white tablecloths to brighten it up and staff who know the difference between a tea spoon and a dessert spoon! The dining room manageress was very unobservant to say the least. Terrific setting and grounds but exterior needs a lot of attention especially on the south side. Great shame that the outside pool was not in operation as indicated on an email sent to us two days before our visit!
