Decent at good value price,some improvement needed
The staff are excellent, the hotel seems modern although personally I like some Carpet rather than just hard wood floors. My room was also near a fire door and it was noisy if people used it in the night. Room was generally clean including the sheets, but their was a grapevine under my bedside cabinet and the phone was unplugged and not working when plugged back into the socket.

It was a nice large room. The bathroom was comfortable. The linens were fresh. Great bartender. All a good experience.

Updated and Cordial
Some floors were remodeled and others weren't, but I got a newly remodeled and decorated room that was quite nice. The facility is very well maintained and the staff is helpful and friendly. Underground parking was nice, easy and not crowded. The restaurant, for the hours it was open, is quite good too. I had a salad with chicken and mushrooms for dinner one night, and it was really delicious and maybe even a bit innovative. The only downsides were the painfully slow internet. OMG, really bad. And, the fact that it's in a business center with nothing much within walking distance. I walked about a mile to a shopping mall, and actually ate at a food court there twice. I was really disappointed that bicycle rental in the area, in fact in all of Dusseldorf, was not available or user friendly. I tried to download a couple of apps for on-the-street rentals, and couldn't because I am an American. It was a three mile drive to the nearest bike rental place from the hotel and they also weren't really equipped for tourists. So, though there are some bike lanes, trails and paths, good luck finding a bike.

Short stop over!
Arrived very late and left early so did not see much of this hotel. The room was large and dated but very clean. They are renovating the rooms so this one must still be waiting to be done. Breakfast was excellent
