terrible service . No one answers phone at front desk. cannot get fresh towels. shower drain blocked up and flooded bathroom after every use ( I actually had to unclog the drain myself since my requests for service were ignored. It was disgusting since it was all kind of body hair.) Was accused of stealing towels by housekeeping staff when I had to hunt down fresh ones from the pool area. After some words with the person I told them to go ahead and try to bill me for the towels and I would have the health department down to the hotel to discuss it with them . Bar and restaurant open and closes at different times every day for some reason . I think they try to run this property on a shoestring budget well understaffed. I do not recommend to anyone. With all the options available in the area choose another property.
The room floor was dirty , didn’t look like anyone vacuumed. The front desk service, horrible, rude , and need customer service training.
I had higher hopes for this hotel but the dirty rooms and inconsistent practices made it hard to enjoy the only nice thing about this hotel which was the view. The location is sketchy which attracts like type of guests. Will not return.
Overall it was a great stay. The location is beautiful. The only problem was that when I requested towels, it took about 7hours and me asking and calling 4-5 times before I actually receiving any towels
The hotel is close to the beach and near alot of really good shopping and dining. The room was clean and smells fresh but housekeeping needs to be more attentive, i noticed something sticky like spilled coffee on the base of the table as well as stains that looked like coffee on the phone and wall and in the carpet nearby. Overall I'd stay again and everything else was perfect.
My business partner and I were delighted by reception. We had a business dinner at the local boat yard for dinner and finished our business and also had complimentary Wifi which was quick and needed to conduct continued business . Highly recommended
My stay was the best because I got a good nights rest.
I think it could have been much better, or should I say I expected much better from a "Hilton Hotel."
Excellent quiet stay during pandemic. Everyone was very friendly and polite. My requests were all met and with a smile on their faces.
This hotel a bit run down to be a Hilton property. The pictures definitely look better than the facility itself. I drove 4 hours from central Florida just to find out that my prepaid room was given away. I was there in well enough time so there was no excuse for this mishap. Check-in is at 4 and I arrived at 3:00PM. I paid extra for a “water view high floor” to take nice pictures for New Years Eve and received a low floor room with a dirty balcony facing a parking lot and construction with a partial view of the causeway. The room has no microwave which I was prepared for after reading the room description but I was very disappointed to see that the so called refrigerator was a tiny wine cooler if you want go call it that. I made salad and sandwiches to munch on in my room and most of it spoiled because my Rubbermaid containers would not fit. The wine cooler can store a few bottles of water or soda. No wash clothes at this hotel and the towels in my room were dirty With stains on them. I was able to catch up with a maid in the hallway to get fresh ones. I hated walking to the elevator in the morning to a pile of trash left by rude guest. This is a situation that needs to be handled by Hilton management. When I say trash I mean pizza boxes, chicken boxes nasty trash bags with leaking fluids: I brought my own Lysol and I recommend that you do as well because the room had no covid sanitation labels as this should be the first thing you see when you open the hotel room door.
