Not a good stay
I went to check in, the person at the desk didn't even check on a computer and just said all the rooms are unavailable till check in time. Then I had no towels in my room, I called the front desk and no one responded. I had to go down to the lobby myself and say that I had no towels in my room. The person behind the desk just pointed to a pile of towels and said, "Enjoy". When I went to retrieve a bag, the person at the desk said he was having his dinner. Really? I can't get my bag because the person doing luggage was having dinner? It was not a pleasant stay.
