Stayed on 12 Dec for a night. Middle of the night around 1:30am there was a loud beeping sound in the room. Couldn't find the source and couldn't find any staff for help. Had to endure the sound throughout the night. Next morning the water in the bathroom was not heated, too cold to have a shower.. Otherwise, everything else is fine.

The room is clean, spacious with heated flooring. However the beds are very uncomfortable as they are just spring bed without any layer of cushions! The amenities are very basic, it is a budget hotel where every additional things needed payment (including pillows). The staffs are nice and polite with good command of English. Location is not far from seoul and city hall station. However it is office area, hence it is rather dead at night. Still a good hotel to stay if i can get at this price again. But i will consider coming back if they do improve on the beds!

Not a bad place to stay centrally located near Seoul Station and Namdaemoon market. It was a little off the beaten path and required some searching to find the entrance. The rooms were spacious and clean the hotel was nice and accommodating with friendly staff. It did appear that there were long-term residents living in the hotel as well, not exactly sure what the deal with that was. Overall, a satisfactory stay in a budget oriented hotel, would recommend for those looking for a quick stay in central Seoul.
