Terrible
Hotel was up for Sheriff sale the day after we checked out. Room had spider webs, mattress felt like it was 30 years old, and the ceiling in the pool room dropped water like rain.

The property was fine, the staff upon check-in was friendly. The room itself was disappointing. Two out of the 4 lamps were working, others needed a new light bulb. Asked for these and was denied. Bathroom tub did not drain, wanter wouldn't get hot and the shampoo had already been used.

When i arrived i was told i needed a 150 cash only deposit. Never was told when booking. I had to leave hotel and go to bank to get 150 cash. If i didnt have or want to pay the 150 cash i would have lost my money paid for the room at booking. The price of the suite was great but the 150 cash was ridiculous. I did get deposit back at checkout

The hotel is a little run down. The room was ok. The water ran rust/yellow for an entire day. We had to go to my inlaws to brush our teeth and shower. The staff was great. For some reason when we book thru hotels.com, the hotel always gives us a room in a high traffic area.
