The experience was very good until we have to check out, where they made us pay again, even though we insisted we already paid via Expedia. Once I confirmed with my bank and Expedia that indeed it was paid I requested the refund, which in principle they agreed. Since then, I haven´t received my money back and they donñt answer my calls anymore.
