Great Stay
Hotel was close to the station so we didnt have to walk much. Staff was incredibly nice and room was clean. I enjoy their free shampoo and body wash. There is nothing I can think of to complain about. Thank you!

Small but convenient
We enjoyed our stay. The room was quite small, but that's probably normal in inner city Japan. The room looked out to other buildings, nothing exciting. We were there for a week and commuted a lot. The hotel is very close to Yokohama station and great shopping complexes.

It's simply 4 star hotel. The hotel is located in the area near Yokohama station, lots of restaurants, cafes and stores. The room was very clean. I didn't like to check-in myself on the screen that was at the front even though there were a couple hotel stuff over the counter. They didn't really talk to me.
