Muy bueno pero sin agua caliente
En términos generales muy bien, pero la situación que afectó demasiado fue que no había agua caliente y me tuve que bañar 2 días con agua fría, se reportó a recepción y comentaron que se restableceria en una hora y media y pasaron más de 8 horas y seguía saliendo fria

La verdad se ve como viejo, si es grande, iniciando con el GPS que nos enviaba a un lugar inespecifico, o sea que te envia de lado derecho de la calle, pero te confunde por que te tienes que regresar, de la Miguel Hidalgo agarras el carril contrario rumbo al norte e indemdiatamente esta pero con una entrada muy peqieña, el lote de estacionamietro es grande pero es confueso, la persona que me atendió para hacer el chekc inn como que no adaba cooreiakem

La habitacion tenia un olor a drenaje y el servicio de bufet muy malo... el restaurant lleno de huspedes y hasta haciendo fila esperando mesa y no habia alimentos no bebidas, tenia que estar esperando a que saliera de la cocina. Y por consiguente, el personal no se daba abasto para la atencion y servicios... malisimo
