The room very musty my husband got sick with allergies, was told I had to order what I needed on a piece of paper the day before when to grab my towels and they didn't have any and not enough in my room, very disorganized bathroom very dirty,hardly any breakfast food

WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN
When I arrived at hotel, the hotel did not have my correct reservation!! I reserved 2 rooms! They only had 1, and the manager was a JERK! He kept telling me he only had 1 room for me and I kept telling him I have a confirmed reservation for 2 rooms, which I showed him!! He said it wasn’t his fault! He was terribly RUDE! He finally got us another room but charged me $10 more per night than my GUARANTEED reservation!!

Worst experience of my life.
It was the worst I have ever ever been to, the room had a dehumidifier that no one emptied but me, they never gave me clean towels or cleaned the room at all. The room smelled extremely terrible, and the housekeeping obviously does not work. The worst experience of my life in a room that I had to pay for. No manager to speak with and couldn’t even get a receipt because they were doing an update and I had a marine graduation to get to. Awful experience not mention the whole building stunk.
