Comfort and Convenience Downtown Portland
Chose to stay here again after a previous stay. I was very impressed the first time and it was just as good this time too. The rooms and beds are very comfortable, great bathrooms with rainfall and detachable shower heads, lots of little conveniences (outlets, light control by the bed, etc). My only little gripe is that the bar/restaurant need to extend their hours. They open for breakfast, close for a few hours during the day, reopen for dinner, then close again by 10pm.

I would highly recommend this hotel for the service and the comfort alone. The bar on the 2nd floor is great. The location is perfect for walking around the pearl district, we didn’t have to use our vehicle at all during the stay. The upgrade to use the “M lounge” is worth it if you are looking for a bit of extra service from the already outstanding amenities.

The service from the staff was great. Hotel was clean and housekeeping was also great. Restaurant was pricey, and food options around the hotel aren’t great, but the food was good, just expensive. Overall, good stay and would stay again.

it's ok!
Nice hotel, clean and comfy beds and pillows but really horrible room service - pre-ordered breakfast the evening before using the mobile app as I had a meeting and wanted to eat breakfast while getting ready for the day - delivery requested for 7am and at 7:30 I called to check on it, the guy who answered was nasty to me, couldn't find my order and told me he wasn't an IT guy. Called the front desk and they showed my order on my room bill. Once I got that re-ordered, I didn't receive the fruit....but it' on my bill!! Having trouble getting that credited!! Also, don't have high expectations for having a cup of coffee in the morning using the Keurig in the room. They don't work and they will replace it with another one that doesn't work! They literally told they remove the broken ones and clean them and hope they work. BUT THEY DON'T! And even if it did get fixed, the cleaning crew doesn't replace the disposable cups for coffee. Have to call to get some delivered which shouldn't be the case! Rethinking my stay there in 2 weeks!
