Terrible hospitality
The stay was nothing to write home about, but the service was the rudest and most unhelpful I’ve encountered. Because there was no open outlets I had to plug in my charger behind the bed and forget the charger. Clearly my fault, but when I called to see if it was there I got the run around and after some phone tag was told they won’t even go check if I won’t be back to pick it up that day and try to retrieve. I do so and it seemed like a novel idea to get lost things back. I entered my info, waited, and got a response a week later. They found it and they can mail it back to me in Tacoma for $18.59. That is what is ridiculous. It would cost me less in gas to go get it. There is no reason that they are charging $19 to ship via USPS when a small flat rate box that will hold 10 chargers ships for $7.25. It’s a scam to get more money and awful hostpitality.

Not as good as it could be...
I was told there was parking when reserving the room however got there to find out it’s a $47 valet only! And when brought it up was told I could cancel my reservation! No, I was there for a reason. Also the breakfast was a Buffett style our server never came so we ate what was setting out...very little. Not happy.
