The room is old not updated at all. Not the cleanest. Did not have house keeping service!! Had to go ask for towels. Stayed 2 nights, would not go back. .

Arrived at hotel and they were having plumbing issues and had to send us to their sister hotel Green Granite. Green Granite took us in and we’re wonderful.

Front desk gentleman was trying and had quite a bit of patience however that was the only good part of the trip ...first put in a room that was already occupied, then put in room that was not fresh and toilet wouldn’t flush, then 40 minutes after arrival finally put in clean room with all amenities functioning... no real apology or customer service to address all these issues and less than stellar arrival to the property.

We had later arrival it took 3 rooms before finally able to settle 40 minutes after arrival first room was occupied second room was not fresh and toilet wouldn’t flush. Last room was finally acceptable. No real apologies from hotel though front desk gentleman was patient and nice.

Beautiful hotel, easy to find, in the middle of town, and rooms are very modern. I only had a couple concerns: 1) the bathroom sink and toilet were lower than normal(I'm 6 feet tall and the sink was mid-thigh lol). 2) bathroom had a used soap bar left in the soap holder lol 3) conditioner dispenser was very low, 4) top bed sheet was wrinkled and could see the bottom sheets not tucked in. I loved the couch/chair though.

Room was clean but carpet needs to be replaced. Cable tv was out and tvs aren't "smart" so we could at least stream our own hulu or netflix. Disappointing especially when you have kids wanting cartoons. Could hear footsteps above us almost all night. Hot tub out of service and empty. Definitely not worth the price we paid.

We stayed at Holiday Inn three years ago and it’s was phenomenal. I don’t know if management changed but it was filthy this time. When we walked into the first room, there was hair in the sink, shower, and on the toilet. The floors were not clean and the room clearly wasn’t dusted. The heating system was set to 78 degrees and wouldn’t turn off! We are not typically the people to complain but cleanliness is a nonnegotiable during COVID. We requested a room change and the second room was worse. The tub was filthy. The water was puddled up due to poor drainage causing water stains and slime. It was so bad, we opted not to take a shower. This room was not worth $200 for one night’s stay. This used to be our go to hotel but we will not be returning.

Room was not clean.. found a container of chicken salad in the fridge. If you cant bother to look in the fridge what makes me think you are disinfecting anything in the room. Cable was out. Was told there was a water leak in the server room. We did not stay & checked out

Don’t waste your hard earned money..
Waited 10 minutes for front desk associate to arrive to desk to check in. Cable was out. Hot tub was closed. No blow dryer in room. Will not be going back to this hotel EVER again.
