Website did not clear that breakfast is just in a bag to go !! I booked with the understanding that breakfast is in the room with coffee and other stuff. Ti go bag had items with eggs and meat which being vegetarian I can’t use. There was no alternative. I had to meet some people but hotel information says no guests are allowed. This is not good for business people.

Rocklin solid
We stayed here one night for a soccer tournament. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean. We would stay here again, for sure.

Horrible experience
Super in helpful. They canceled our reservation because we got into town late (930 pm) and never called to see if we were still coming before canceling. They only had one room left, single king bed, but because it was me, my boyfriend and daughter they wouldn't let us stay in it. We had to go find another hotel which ended up being in a horrible area and not good at all. I'll never use hotels.com or holiday inn again.
