Room was filthy and staff was extremely uncooperative, rude and intolerant.

The staff was very rude from the beginning. The owner/manager knocked on our door the first morning and asked me why I ashes my cigarette butts on his wall (I DONT SMOKE) he even wanted me to clean the wall. When the maid service knocked on our door after the first incident happened she asked if we were leaving and I told her no we are staying another night. After I explained that we are staying, The only other response that I got was have you already paid? After I told her yes she walks off not offering any other kind of services like fresh towels, extra pillows, you get the picture. We would not have stayed another night but there were no more hotels available in the area.

Eye hole on door was missing so made me feel a little unsafe all they did was stick a tissue in it which anyone can easily remove and see me change or whatever else did not like that but other then that bed was super soft and wish they gave more pillows and it said there was complementary breakfast but never saw it offered.

It was sad
This hotel made me sad. I booked it for my kids who were visiting from out of town for Christmas. The carpet was visibly dirty. It was dusty. There was hair in the sink. It almost looked as if someone had just left there. We will never ever again book at this location.
