Thin walls and no shampoo
Thin walls! The room next door had their TV on all night long, and it kept me awake for most of the night. The next morning I go to shower and I have a body lotion and two conditioners ( no shampoo!), I understand how it could happen, because they all look exactly the same except for the words. So you need to check them more carefully- I’m talking to you HOUSEKEEPING!

Run down a bit. Sink faucet was loose. Carpet was dirty. Lounge chair had stains.nothing was plugged in, had to plug in myself. Found bottle caps and no laundry bag. Won’t stay there again.

Beds were not comfortable. Worst night sleep ever. People in the next room were extremely loud and walls were paper thin. Woke several times during the night by people slamming doors and being loud in the hallway. The safety lock on our door was broken off. Would not stay here again and most likely will avoid staying at a Wingate in the future.
