The bathroom had visible water damage and overall the room was dated. NON STOP pounding and banging noises - no soundproofing at all. Made for a couple of very restless nights. Service was good but the cost for stay is too high. Will likely visit other hotels in the area on future stays.

Horrible service with not maintenance
Fire alarm derector chirpped every 15 seconds. When we called and told the front desk they said they dont have maintenance on the property so we (not they) need to climb to the celling and disconnect the dectoe our selves to get it to stop. Room was also so hot it was miserable.

Good- if you don’t want adjoining rooms
I like this hotel very much. I don’t like the night light in the sink area that we had to cover with a towel so we could sleep. And we put a towel over the clock because it also was too bright. I was also disappointed by not being able to get adjoining rooms. The website says they have them. When I called to request that we get them, one desk agent told me they no longer have them. Another day, another agent said she’d note that we wanted them, but couldn’t guarantee it. We got to the hotel at 3:30, and were told all adjoining rooms were booked?? Very frustrating. But our rooms were across the hall from each other. Very clean, and desk agent has been helpful with everything else.

Me and my wife have been coming up here every year for the last 5 years and we always stay at this hotel service is always amazing and the rooms are just fine one thing I will say it’s a-little strange that there’s only one ice machine and it’s on the 3rd floor but no deal breaker.
