Nastiest hotel ever
The hotel was a drug riddled cestpool with a potential of grave violence. You couldnt get into the lobby. The room stunk and when i asked for another the front desk clerk said thatvwas the best room they had. The bed was foam-not even a real mattress and the bath had mold. I couldnt stay there and i am disgusted it was offered thru your website. Without the ability to cancel i was charged $106 for crime and drug dealing on top of filth for a hotel room. This is unconscionable and noone should have to pay for something when in fear for there life

Stay away!!!!
I’m looking for a refund. I did not stay at the property which in there description failed to mention it’s a homeless and halfway house. It was not as it is described per your listing. I did not feel safe staying there with my parents. We also learned that police are often called to the hotel.

Horrible experience
This facility enforced COVID protocols even though our government and the WHO have determined that COVID is no longer a threat. They claimed that the pool and hot tub was closed due to these protocols. They also closed the lobby and limited the "free" breakfast. The clerk was friendly and the room was clean, but that's the best I can say. They no longer patrol the grounds. There were "working" professionals in the back lot. Several characters that appeared homeless roaming the grounds. I felt very unsafe outside of the room. This will be our last visit to this establishment.

Disgusting
Do not stay here! It was filthy. Dead bird outside our door and flies all over inside the room. It was so bad!

Pool closed, breakfast closed, lobby closed, homeless loitering, filthy, unsafe. I can't believe you would list this property.

Please stay away. Not worth any amount of money.
The lady checking us in was cordial and nice. However, she let us know that there would be NO breakfast, even though that's the reason we booked that stay. Then, the cops all over the place (be it in the front or the back was extremely off-putting). The hotel didn't care to mention the fact that they are affiliated with CBI (Community Bridges Inc). Pretty much they assist those getting off addictions and other behavioral health issues. The Jacuzzi room was absolutely disgusting. Water leaving from the ceiling, there was bugs on the floor (because the door had about a 1/4" gap from the floor. The Door as you walk in looked like it had been kicked in at one time or another. The A/C's front cover was falling off of the wall. There were numerous dents in the walls and it was just gross all together.

This is my worst experience in a hotel ever. This is even not an hotel, but a homeless shelter. The front door was closed so we have to check in in a little window. The pool and breakfast promised was closed. Their was not coffee or even a coffee maker in the room. The bed and sheets were dirty with stains in the sheets and when I asked for clean sheets, they did not have any. The place is unkept with shady people all around. The pool was dirty and looks like nobody used it for a very long time. The back door was sealed and we could not use the little balcony they have. I took my kids to a restaurant and we stayed there until 10 PM because my kids were afraid to stay in the hotel. We left early in the morning and came back at 11 AM to check out. The place was noisy all night. The door is broken and they use glue to fix it. I did not sleep all night as I was with my little kids and was so worried that someone will break in. You should not list this hotel ever. I would like to get my money back as this is false advertising and I did not get anything I was promised. I will never stay in this hotel ever and I will tell everybody how bad it is and that I booked it through Hotels.com.

Room was clean but bathroom was not remodeled. No breakfast, no coffee in the morning, no swimming pool and they rent rooms to homeless shelter.

This is NOT 3 Star Hotel. I can see where it once was, but with a broken window and ac unit, they can no longer hold that status. I could go on, but let me finish with, during our 5 day stay, housekeeping never ince checked in on us.

Please do not stay here unless you are homeless. This is literally a homeless shelter in which the state of Arizona rents rooms for homeless. This is fine -- it's actually a great program. But don't charge me two hundred dollars a night to stay at a "resort" when that isn't what it actually is. The paid on-duty police officer is there for a reason. Book your room somewhere else. Also: - Expedia offers money-back insurance but won't honor it unless there is a sudden death in the family or job loss. You won't get your money back when you realize the "resort" you booked is a crack den.

Dirty, promised amenities not delivered, unsafe with police present all the time, no room service for the entire week, we had to gather and dispose of our own trash—no one should rent these rooms!

This is a homeless shelter, the amount of people on the chairs outside their rooms is an obvious give away that these are long term residents. The lobby is closed for some reasome, preventing reasonable check-in processes. It took me 45 minutes to get into my room because rhere were people in front of me when I arrived and even more people when my key didnt work. One person is not enough. No Pool, No Breakfast yet priced like a 4 star hotel. Blows my mind this place is in business. I had intended on staying a second night, but the old ladies, smoking their swisher sweet in the night gowns outside their rooms staring at me has scared me away.

Never again.
Very dark parking lot and confusing set up. Lobby was closed; didn’t say why. A man pounded, at 3am, repeatedly, yelling explicatives, on my door, (this in an outside entrance motel). It seems people live there. Door mats, ravioli cans on windowsills, etc. I did not call the cops, because there is no way they would found the guy after it stopped. I reported to the morning clerk, (I left at 5 am), and she shrugged her shoulders and said “hmmf”. She then walked off and I had to call her back to check me out of my room. I cannot believe this is a place where they hold conferences.
