We stayed for two nights. When I first booked I paid for a king bed and they had us in two doubles so we had to wait for a room to be cleaned for about an hour. Then we thought the toilet was leaking in our bathroom because there was water everywhere! But we were informed it was the room next to us' toilet, because somehow that was supposed to make it better... Then our door lock kept jamming and we weren't able to get the door shut to our room multiple times. There was a CONSTANT rumbling from some kind of machine on the other wall from us or outside the window I'm not sure which. The hot tub was closed with caution tape around it. The property was completely unkept and disgusting outside! Plus the parking lot had what looked like giant sink holes in it that they tried to cover up with boards and then surrounded by traffic cones!!! On top of everything I prepaid for this room so I couldn't get my money back to cancel and stay elsewhere! Thanks for ruining my vacation!
It should be made clear that there is $100 deposit before booking. Room is extremely outdated for the prices. Also the ac in my didn’t work at all.
Me encanto
The hotel was ok for a stay. COVID had shutdown the restaurant and fitness area. The hotel rooms were dated and could use a refresh but it was well worth the cost. Looked like a nice pool area but it was cold the week I was there so I didn't use it.
The carpet in the room was nasty! After checking in the hotel staff tried to get me to attend what I assume would have been a sales pitch for a timeshare. I said NO to thier pushy sales tactics. Carpets were gross and the hotel looked run down. Should not stay here again.
They Never changed the blankets ...........................
Very clean place to
Not the worst hotel, and I get the vibe they were trying to go with but it can definitely use some updating. The carpet in the room was green old and stained. It could use new carpet or wood floors. The hotel itself did not have AC in the halls. So it was muggy. The water could use a water softener, but it’s Orlando water I suppose. The curtains could use some dusting. I’m assuming Covid hit them pretty hard. But once business kicks up again, they could update a few things.
Stayed only one night on November 26. Large room at a great price of about $50. Would stay there again. Clean, quiet, beautiful pool.
