The hot tub and pool are the only reason to stay here. Beds were horribly old and hard and the front desk woman was extremely rude when I asked if I could check out a mere 15 min late because I was waiting for a ride. Will not be returning.
Very clean , good water pressure, fast WiFi , easy parking without extra charge, good location. A bit noisy if you stay downstairs from foot steps above.
The property was frankly just old and tired. It was frustrating to have a suite that had no dishes to speak of. You could’ve cooked or if you wanted to. We still pay the full price though
Over $400 a night and didn’t know when the last time someone tried to kick the door in was.
Make sure everything works before giving your guest the key.
The first check in attendant was very rude, made it a point to let us know it was too early to check in when we were only an hour early. We had to wait an hour before we could check in. The room was clean but had a very very small bathroom. You could hardly get in and close the door and that’s for an average size person.
Pictures are very deceptive. This hotel is old and a dump. Do not reserve this location. Bathrooms are small and no elevator to second floor. $200 a night for a $40 a night room.
The accommodations were clean enough, nothing fancy but comfortable.
The room was clean, but they’re older. The pool was nice for our daughter, but use the steps to get into the Hot Tub. I stepped in on the side not realizing how far the drop was to the seat & almost hit my head on the side when I fell. The bathroom in the room is ridiculous! It is tiny. To open or close the door, you have to squeeze beside the toilet & shower. Very unhappy with that! Also, Jackson was disappointing due to mask mandates, when masks aren’t mandated in the state of Wyoming at all. This meant a lot of businesses didn’t have room for people to eat, after 8 pm forget finding a cup of coffee, even in a gas station. In the Jug & Loaf, you could get a cup, fill it with coffee, but the cashier had to give you the lid? The cashier wasn’t wearing gloves for the guy in front of me getting a fountain drink. The next morning when we got coffee, the cashier wasn’t wearing a mask, but customers are mandated too?! Insanity!
Booked a two queen room, this was an awful decision. The rooms are old, small, they smell like mildew, the toilet wasn't even bolted to the ground, and the walls were so thin we could hear everyone talking around us. These rooms should be condemned. Our friends had a king room suite and it was like they were at a different hotel. Spend the extra money to either get a room with a kitchen or the king suite.
