Brand new facility, everything was perfect

The staff on all shifts were awesome, even when I was super stressed because it was the day before my wedding. My husband and I stayed for our mini honeymoon and everyone was great.
Everything was good until last day. No apple nice or orange juice like the first day at check in just 1/2 bottles of tiny water. The receptionist asked me if I wanted coffee I said yes, she started to pour coffee into my cup but the coffee maker was empty. She proceeded to go to the back. I think she just scooped up coffee grinds into my cup and just added water. While I was driving off after checking out I kept on sucking on coffee grinds. Inch deep on bottom of cup as I poured it out.

It was a very good location when visiting Salem. We were able to get uber fast and doordash dinner.
We had a great stay, it was clean and orderly. Had a little difficult time getting fresh towels. But it worked out. The only downer was that the breakfast was very sad. Only had a cold cheese danish or a muffin. The only drinks that they had was coffee, no juice or anything else.
Property appeared new and modern.. I overlooked the fact that there was vomit in the stairwell that sat there overnight and was never cleaned...but what I didnt like was the fact that there was terrible heat and hot water in our room that we had to freeze all night and couldn't even wake up to a decent hot shower. VERY POOR quality staff as we tried to reach the gentleman on call at the front desk to report in late evening about heat to no avail and even though I didnt get the chance to report it yet, the nxt morning I got ENID at the front desk who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Never did she ask how the stay was.. and never did she give me a receipt until I had to awkwardly ask for one, and when I did, she gave me a death look and flung it at me under the divider and just walked away as if I was bothering her. Not a thank you for your stay.. nothing. Due to nasty treatment I received, I never got to the chance to tell them about the room conditions. She left me standing there like a fool in awe. Enid’s behavior is completely unacceptable and gives your hotel a very bad look. I travel often and hv never seen this kind of behavior at the front desk. Will not be returning. Enid if you do not like your job, get a different one..To the manager -Train your staff on professionalism or they will put you out of business
The location was perfect! 25 minutes from Salem and 10 minutes from Boston. Everything was super clean!
