Family friendly but hard bed
Lots of party people making noise in the hallway until 11:30pm then quieted down. Lots of families with loud kids. Bed was hard and not comfortable. Morning was great and checkout easy. Would stay there again.

Highly drug infested hotel. The room was dirty and female hair was in the shower. When u take a shower it didn’t properly go down the drain. It was filling up while yr in the shower. The best person on staff was “quy”. I don’t recommend this hotel for no one out of town or in town to stay here. The rooms is rusted and molded.

Not impressed
The hotel is old and in need of upgrading. Beyond that, the bed linens and mattress protector are stained and in need of replacement. The hotel has an old musty smell, not to mention smells of smoke and marijuana from users within and just outside the entrance. I would not stay again.

The hotel grounds were not clean. The smell in the elevator. The room was suppose to be non-smoking. It smelled like smoke, vents and ceiling in bathroom was dirty. Cigarette burns on kitchenette counter and on the bathroom floor. Besides all things that was wrong the desk employees was very nice and professional.

Unsafe, dirty, and terrifying
When i arrived there were 8 cop cars in the parking lot and i was told it was nothing. Chwcked in amd i was placed 2 doors down from what I am guessing was an active crime scene as there were 2 officers guarding it at all times for hours. The room itself was disgusting. Roaches, broken furniture, dirty shower, socks turned black. Waa woken up at 1am by someone pounding on my door for 20 minutes asking to be let in. Woken up again at 5am by someone breaking into my room. Luckily the latch caught the door and i started screaming, but they were trying to unhook the latch. They eventually left when they realized i wasnt going to stop screaming. Front desk said no one had a key so it wasnt possible. I checked out at 6am when i planned on staying until at least 10am bc i felt so unsafe.

my room smelled like cigarette smoke. i asked for another room and was told there was none I had to wake up in the middle of the night and go to a pharmacy for allergy medication the smell was so bad. I cut my stay short and will never go back.

No smoke detector
I booked a two night stay. When I got in a noticed that the smoke detector had been removed, leaving just wiring hanging from the ceiling. Due to a house fire that I had been in 1 1/2 years before, I was unable to sleep the first night. I went to the front desk, and brought the situation to the hotel’s attention. No remedy occurred. The second night was similar. There was still no smoke detector. When I checked out the room still didn’t have a smoke detector. The lack of concern for the safety of their guests disappoints me.

I didn’t like the foul smell in the room. There was hair in the tub on the floor in when you walk in. There was also candy stuck to the carpet. Someone was out front smoking and drinking a beer near the entrance of the lobby. I paid $100 because everywhere else was booked. The room normally goes for $60, I was so disappointed. Wish I could get some sort of refund. I barely slept because I didn’t feel safe at this establishment.
