The hotel was not worth the cost. It was very disappointing. We usually stay at Hilton…

Lovely hotel- great location a few blocks from Whole Foods. The gym was lovely- great restaurant (although the staff seemed a bit disgruntled) and food was very good. Amazing views. Friendly valet and front desk staff made it an A+!

This is a newer hotel - very nice views of the river. There are walking paths along the river at this hotel and nice dining facilities. This area is building up it is a bit isolated from rest of downtown. Need to uber or lyft - very hard to get a yellow taxi there. I had to call a limo to take me around which was fine. Room was very nice- clean and modern. Hotel is quiet and area considering you are in Baltimore is very quiet. Overall very nice place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Canopy. It was clean and close to almost everything we needed. Our only problem was that they didn't clean our room during the stay. I was later told that they only clean the room upon your request due to covid and staff shortage. I completely understand this but wish I had been told upon check in. Other than that, the people at the front desk and in the restaurant were amazing. We will definitely stay there again.

This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Our harbor view was excellent and the suite was awesome. The only downside is the lighting system. If you cut the master switch off so all the living room lights go off the bathroom lights won't come on. Great idea having a master switch but they really need to rethink the system, or give directions. Hotel staff was great from the outside of the building to the housekeepers. Highly recommend, would go again.

When we arrived the elevator was out so the person at the front desk gave us to drink tickets to have a seat at the bar and wait until it was fixed. It was probably only 10 minutes and the elevator was back up and running but it was very nice that he offered us a drink ticket.

The hotel itself is very nice and high end, great view of the river and harbor. The issue I have with this hotel is that the bar/ restaurant uses the same entrance to the concierge desk. The bar gets very nosy and disorderly drunk patrons constantly in and out bumping into you. Lots of people smoking outside. The environment is not suited for kids. The welcoming atmosphere that you usually get at any Hilton hotel is not there for this hotel at all, there’s no wow factor or excitement. After they check you in your pretty much on your own. Asked them for a wine bottle opener, It never came. It’s a Hilton you would have expect a wine bottle opener already in the room. Other than we had a very good time walking and dining around the inner harbor.

The view was absolutely amazing! However there was a guest playing very loud music until 3am that security was unable to locate and at 8am there was construction above my room, the Canopy doesn’t own the entire building this made my stay unpleasant. If these two issues didn’t exist my stay would have been perfect.
