The room was a sauna, even after I turned the heat off. The cable kept losing signal, on every channel.new wiring is what is needed The elevator had trash in it for two days.

Check in was fast, easy and friendly. He took the time to explain internet and breakfast, which most don't any more. He accommodated my special request without issue. The double room was smaller than expected ... regular hotel room size with tiny Kitchenette. Often ESA has separate kitchen and living room area. It was clean with decent furnishings. Our complaint was that the TV wasn't working. We picked up the phone to call the desk and it didn't work. It was plugged in but no dial time. I couldn't get either working. My husband tried too. He used his cell phone and called the desk and there was no answer. Frustrating.

Tried to check in at 10:30-11 couldn’t get in the hotel for 20 minutes called no answer at the front desk until 20 minutes later. Very disappointed

Horrible place to stay. Do not go there
My room was filthy. Floor had not been swept. Sticky stuff all over the counters where the previous guest had spilled liquids. Shower was not clean. I'm a road warrior and I've never seen anything like this before. Mattress was like sleeping on a lumpy rock.
