Gorgeous hotel. The breakfast man is scary though
The minute I walked in to the hotel, it was absolutely gorgeous. We were greeted by an amazing human at reception. He gave us Evian. We chatted to wonderful and friendly Jeff the bartender and also Laila who is so dynamic and lovely. My room was fantastic. The gift on the bed was lovely and the whole experience was perfect until breakfast the next day…. We are vegetarian. The elderly man who does the breakfast was SO rude to my children. He picked the meat off their plate with his bare hands when they said they don’t eat meat. They were incredibly upset by his rudeness. I paid for 6 breakfasts for the 3 of us over 2 days. We didn’t get a refund. That member of staff is so scary, I am reluctant to ever have to speak to him or see him again. He made my children cry. So so so upset that he ruined our stay. The rooftop is amazing. All the other staff were just SO attentive and friendly but he was awful. Such a shame that he doesn’t care about how customers feel. I really want to visit Quinzerie again but I never want to see that man again.
