Not great.Just ok.
My wife and I were staying for one night. That night in the middle of the night we received a phone call from the desk asking for us to verify who was in our room. It was very late and woke us up for a stupid question they could have verified at check out even though they took our ID when we checked in. Very poor organization and customer service. The room was fine but smelled kind of bad when we came in. Otherwise it was what you would expect from a springhill, looked clean and spacious.

Very nice, clean hotel but loud.
I found the hotel to be impeccably maintained inside and out. The room was immaculate, check in was fast and efficient and the pool and jacuzzi areas were almost resort quality. What I did not like was the loud music that they played non-stop for 24 hours while we were there. They blast music in the pool area that reverberated all the way up to the fifth floor where we were staying. It was non-stop all night and was still going when we left the next day. Our room was on the fifth floor, directly about the pool area. We did stay there on a Saturday so perhaps to a certain extent this should have been expected but the music should shut down at perhaps midnight to allow your guests to sleep. There was no one in the pool area after that anyway. Because of the music my wife and I both had a horrible night’s rest. If you plan to stay at this hotel and want to rest at some point, I would recommend that you request a room opposite of the pool side of the building. If not for the music this is a 4.5 to 4.8 hotel.

This hotel is definitely worth the money. They have a shuttle that picks you up and takes you to the airport. 10mins away from airport. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, especially Eunice at the front desk. Breakfast is decent considering covid. Had the toasted bagel with cream cheese and raisin bran cereal. 👌. Also, there's a shopping center within walking distance with retail and different eateries Overall i enjoyed my stay. Definitely will stay again.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Toilet flooded bathroom, cops were outside, people not wearing masks all over hotel, mediocre at best breakfast, super drunk patrons waking me up at 3 am, can hear highway, elevator slow and making super loud clanks. Spend the extra money.
