Nice, but!
Clean room. Spacious. There were three issues. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was extremely loud. There was a chair with an ottoman that was very nasty and needed to be cleaned. The smoke detector was hanging off the wall. Had to check it to make sure it worked

The furniture in the room was outdated and the chair and ottoman was not clean. Had stains. The desk chair was shoved under the desk. It was too large to be placed underneath the desk so it was hard to pull out.
