It’s good for the location
In the past two years going to this hotel, it doesn’t seem like they’re reinvesting much to the property up keep. There were limited staff overnight. The location is super convenient which is why I do like staying here. But I may change it up and stay elsewhere.

Decent.
To say Puerto Rico got ravaged by "stimmy" travelers would be an understatement, and Condado Palm Inn was at the center. As of 3/20/21 "Free Breakfast" is water and Jimmy Dean microwave meals while the free bikes and beach club listed online are nonexistant. Kudos to management for service recovery efforts, and early access to the fitness center.

The hotel looked nothing like the pictures online. The windows are old and filthy. When we got there it was stains on the pillows and sheets, we asked them to clean the room two days in a row on the second day they just sat the sheets in the room and left. The hot tub water was so dirty you could see the dirt in the bubbles. And we had to ask for blankets which we were provided with an old outdated fleece blanket that was just left in the bed. The complimentary breakfast was microwaveable eggs and oatmeal. It was not a good experience at all
