Would not stay again.

Not good! Some Reception staff need serious training or replacing. Sash Window in room propped open with toilet roll? First night so much noise had no sleep! Asked for towels and other items in morning at reception, came back afternoon not done. Housekeeping staff sat on stairs am when leaving hotel. The one good thing was the breakfast and breakfast staff excellent! 4 Star? Absolutely NOT!
