This was a horrible experience. The woman at the front desk was intoxicated and very vulgar. The woman at the front desk gave the hotel master key out to someone staying in the hotel because she was so intoxicated she couldn’t remember how to operate the key card machine.

It’s meant for one night depends on what you like in hotels .... I’ve experienced better .. their pillows(2) are flat . Their luggage carrier is borderline broke ... long story short ... as a tourist I needed to know is Stockbridge is a hood (ghetto) in GA

I was very happy with my stay at WoodSprings. The staff was very accommodating, and pleasant to deal with. The best part was that, it's pet friendly, and our puppy did not have to be babysat. Overall, it was a great stay.

I checked out of LaQuinta to stay at the WoodSpring due allow use of the kitchen amenities. Paid $25 early check-in for a 1pk instead of 3pm check in. WORST MISTAKEN and waste of money! The WiFi connection was horrible. My 9 year old son was bored due to lack of internet service. My room was changed after a night stay and the connection was worst. Could not work or do anything productive. Outside of Charmaine, the Front Desk staff should be trained on stellar customer service. I checked out after two nights and $220 later and completing this feedback from LaQuinta where I am finishing the remainder 3 nights of my stay.

Rooms not cleaned very well. Very noisy neighbors allowed to continue after complaints voiced to staff multiple times. Hallways and rooms smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. Overpriced for accommodations.
