    Terrible Service
The service here was terrible. When we checked in, no one checked our IDs, so anyone could have come in and taken my reservation. On multiple occasions, whether we were asking for toilet paper, towels, toothpaste, or water, it took at least 6-9 calls to the front desk before they would come up. It was ridiculous, when someone calls asking for toilet paper, it should not take 45 minutes before it is brought to the room. We chose this hotel because it had a pool, unfortunately it was so green we didn't want to use it. The Wifi was the absolute worst. It did not matter if you were in the room (good luck there were 5 different networks) or in the lobby, it was always slow and unreliable. The room listed as having a servibar/minibar, instead there was an empty cabinet where one should have been. It also says on the listing that there is free water, they refused to oblige. The towels were stained. The TV was of HORRIBLE quality. Only one channel was clear. The maid service never cleaned or changed out the drinking glasses. This hotel was the worst part about our stay. The location is the only redeeming quality about it, it was very close to everything we wanted to do. The longest we went during our 8 night stay without a staff member saying hello to us was 4 days. We would walk in and the staff would just be on their phones. It was really astounding. This was my second time in Mexico City, fourth time in the country overall, and this was THE WORST hospitality I've ever encountered.

    Exceptional 10.0
Safe and nice place in CDMX
The area is safe to walk. A lot of restaurants and entertainment. A comfort and family-friendly hotel.

    Very good 8.0
Location is in a safe area with a lot of bars. I stayed during the week so I didn’t notice a lot of noise from the street although you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. The bathroom smelled a little like smoke and didn’t look that clean but I think it’s because it’s so old. The shower worked well. I don’t think the heat and a/c worked but the room temperature was actually perfect with them off (75-80 degree temps outside during the day). There is a rooftop bar and pool with a kind of cool view. The pool is really small and more for lounging. The gym has about 4 pieces of really old equipment but you could get a full-body workout in. Front desk staff was okay, some were friendlier than others. There is a taxi service that always waits outside the hotel and it’s also located right around the corner from the bus and subway station so it’s really easy to get around the city from there. Overall I was satisfied with my stay and had no major issues. The hotel is nothing fancy but has all the basics.

I have stay at this hotel a few times. overall it has been good. Just this time I was told they set the heater for the whole hotel. I could not sleep cause of the heat . Finally when we were told , we were move to another room and all was fine.

A great value for you money
For the price I paid this hotel exceed every expectation. Of course, my rate was under $80, anything under that price... this hotel was excellent. ONE BAD THING>>.... I love to take a great shower.... and this hotel had installed water saving shower heads that have 9 pin holes that create a "Mist" where you're supposed to shower... it took quite some time to remove the soap..... I ended up taking a bad the next time... which wasted 3 times much more water.... so that just makes no sense.... Either way, Great location, Great Price, Good accommodations, Good WIFI (Free) - Advice: Take a bath not a shower. (or bring a wrench and a shower head).

    A/C does not work
When I arrived I was sick with the flu. All I needed was rest but the AC in the room didn't work. It was so hot that at 1am I gave up trying to sleep and complained to the front desk. They brought a fan which was super loud and made it hard to sleep. It was so bad I canceled my non-refundable trip and just went home early rather than stay another night in the hotel with no a/c.

    Uninspiring Stay
Beautiful building with granite floors, etc. Safe location. Room was really dated. Carpet seemed very worn, bed was worn out. No coffee. Had breakfast in Primavera restaurant. It was so-so. Brought wrong meal at first, but exchanged it. Toast was not toasted.
