Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Attentive, helpful staff at every encounter (valet parking, front desk, restaurant, café, housekeeping). Clean & well-maintained property, inside & outside. Second floor room with a nice view of the courtyard. Clean, comfy room that housekeeping kept looking sharp. Luxury toiletries by Grown Alchemist - very nice! Well stocked in-room bar. In-room A/C seemed a bit loud but I didn’t mind, it was white noise to me. The restaurant experience was very enjoyable - I dined there for dinner one evening & for breakfast one morning. On both occasions, I encountered attentive, caring waitstaff who knew their menu well. Enjoyed a cafe con leche that was as delicious as it was beautiful - the design in in foam was so pretty. They pay attention to detail! Great location in historic Ybor City. Easy to walk around the neighborhood & discover restaurants & shops. Highly recommend stopping by the Ybor City Visitor Information Center & Gift Shop, only about 2 1/2 blocks away on 8th Ave. Definitely recommend Hotel Haya!
