Outstanding service
The staff at Grand Mercure were phenomenal. Adnan and Khaleed helped us with an early check in after our flight landed early. They were incredibly helpful and ensured a stressful situation was resolved quickly and enabled me and my family to enjoy our time in Dubai. They both went above and beyond what was required and can highly recommend the service

Bit Disappointing
The bathroom was designed to flood the bedroom. We had to ask for a hair dryer and we had to request a breaker reset for the electrics twice. There were no light meal options from the restaurant because of Ramadan feasts but we did get an excellent orange juice from the cafe.
