Not A Great Experience
Service was terrible. Daytime staff spent more time smoking outside then they did attending to customers. Customers at the front counter got frustrated and finally just left and/or threw their key behind the counter. Free breakfast is supposed to be included, however, they were out of most all food an hour+ before breakfast was even supposed to end and they did not refill anything. Ran out of coffee cups, ran out of coffee. Ran out of eggs, meat, biscuits, bagels, donuts. Lady at the front desk kept coughing and hacking up phlegm for 15-20 mins then went outside to smoke…again.
The refrigerator in one of the two rooms was filthy and the bathroom sink was completely plugged.
In summary, The hotel is certainly in better condition than it used to be, but the daytime staff is horrendous. Not to mention, one person was wearing inappropriate clothing and you could see everything through her shirt. They just looked very unprofessional.
The girl that checked us in the evening before was great, very polite, very accommodating, and dressed appropriately.
